PerfectForms serves a diverse customer base, from single licenses in the cloud to enterprise on-premise installations at Fortune 100 companies. Industries served include financial institutions, education, healthcare, manufacturing and many more. The customer requirements vary from replacing inflexible legacy systems to automating paper-based manual processes. For example, Houston Community College (HCC) wanted to minimize the use of paper-based forms and the manual processing that accompanies them. With PerfectForms, HCC started with automating budget adjustment requests and has now digitized over 200 administrative processes across the entire campus. Not only were they able to create workflow solutions independent of IT, but they eliminated many bottlenecks and were able to share data with PeopleSoft to make processing of new hires far more efficient.
